Using Mask Images #

If the template image contains random displays, such as when the background of the scene is different each time, increasing the risk of false reactions.
In this case, it may be possible to improve by applying mask processing to the template image.

To create a mask image, if there is no particular reason, I recommend the following software.

Once the mask image is generated, replace it with the existing template file and change the “M” column in the table from 0 to 1 to use the mask image.

The monitoring methods that can use mask images are other than dHash and AKAZE.
In the case of Templatematching, the maximum similarity value will be 0, so we need to set the threshold value to -xxx, a negative value.
